What shipping methods are available?
We ship across India through our courier partners. A standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,999. Orders of ₹1,999 and above include complimentary shipping.
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Metro cities usually receive deliveries in 3–6 business days, and other locations in 5–10 business days after dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open Order history in your account to see the current status of each order. If you need extra help, email us with your order number.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. Checkout requires a Cosgep account so we can save your address, confirm payment and show order updates. You can register from Login / Register in a few minutes.
